not getting ticket from IRCTC but money is debited I book railway ticket from pune to shegaon for 10th march2012 on 27th jan 2012.
I make payment through SBI internet Banking through IRCTC.
But after making payment money is debitted from my account but i dident get d ticket.
My ref no: IG77791560 for that transaction sent by SBI net banking.
So what should I do?
Please help.......
