I have booked two flight tickets through Lufthansa Airlines on 2-Dec-2011. An amount of Rupees 93,134.00 was debited from my citibank account for the purchase.
On 7th Dec 2011, I have received an email alert that again Rupees 93,134.00 was debited from my account for ticket purchase made for Lufthansa airlines. My account Balance on 6-Dec-2011 was 9,164.53 and on 7-Dec-2011 it became -83,969.47.

I have not made any transactions after 2-Dec-2011 in my citibank account. The money has been deducted without my knowledge and my account has gone to negative balance.

I have been continuosly calling citibank, however nothing has been done yet. This is my salary account, whatever money will be credited into this account will again go to negative balance. RESULT = NO MONEY.
I want this to be rectified as soon as possible. Is there anything else I can do? Please help.
