HDFC deducting unnecessary money from my account..

    Angry HDFC deducting unnecessary money from my account..

    i have an account with HDFC bank, A/C no. 12031050019190. i don know why they are deducting unnecessary money from my account. on 8th nov-11 i have transferred Rs. 27255.00 through NEFT and they have deducted Rs. 14.08 from my account while charges for NEFT is Rs. 5.00 for less dn 1 Lac, now again they have deducted Rs. 96.22 (3dec-11) against Third party transfer and Rs. 5.00 (3dec-11) for NEFT while i haven't done any money Transfer since 8th nov-11. this is not just about the Rs. 100 or 5 but the question is WHY??
