complaint against Axis bank..
Actually i made an online transaction with Bag it today..but they were unable to fulfill my order as they were out of stock.they refunded my money.As it was a refund amount they provide me with an ARN no..I call the Axis bank officials regarding that but they told me that they have no knowledge about ARn no.

This is regarding axis bank
they do not take complaint on ivr if you do not have debit card pin
i need to access the savings bank account on net and this cant be done unless you have debit card pin
i complained several times the (net pin not debit card pin) was sent after 15 days
now they don’t entertain the complaint.
Talked to mr takeshwar today 15/09/12 at 2;00 of axis bank ivr
tried to complain on line to their grievance but their web doesn’t accept it
this is ms kalpana vatkar – does not accept the complaint
cannot go to next level mr pankaj sharma sr vice president & head – service quality
what is the point of this when the email is not going and when there is no email no given nor
their telephone nos displayed
this is against rti.
The ivr say not accpet complaint unless debit pin is given. Debit card pin is connected to savings account . This is against competition rules and will be taken up by cci
i cannot get the tel nos of the branch – ghatkopar branch

you have not allowed me to access the net account and more than 30 days have passed. Further you have no right to restrict access to savings internet account with the debit card pin.
This is against competition act regulations.

Cash not dispensed at ATM - A/c - 912010025404510 of AXIS BANK
My name is Vinesha Jethwa having Axis bank salaried A/c -
912010025404510. The reason for writing this email is on Friday
02/11/12 at around 6.15pm I tried withdrawing cash of Rs 3000/- from
the ATM Machine of Corporation bank( Mind space -Interface Malad
branch) but the ATM didn't provided the cash with an unknown error.
However, the amount was deducted from my a/c.
I had given a written letter on 05/11/12 to Axis Bank in Malad West branch & it was told that i will get my money within a week.Also i had emailed to Nodal officer of Axis Bank but still there is no revert from them.
Could you please look into these & help me in to get my money back ASAP.

Axis bank denied to open "no frills" saving account - utib0001023 branch code
I want to open “NO FRILLS” Saving Account with Axis Bank Gondal Branch (UTIB0001023).
I have visited Reception Desk, they have DENIED in Clear Words that we do not Open No Frills Account, and also inquired that the Bank Do Not Provide any kind of Zero MAB Saving Account, and also Do not Provide Student Account.
I want to complain against the AXIS BANK that, as per my information No Frills Account is to be served by the bank is as per RBI Norms. Then why AXIS BANK is DENIED to Open.
Please HELP ME in this matter.

This is to inform you that, we are running our S /B A/c No. 355010100071707 in your branch last five year. In this connection, we would like to inform you that, we have maintained minimum average balance Rs. 5000/- in above saving bank accounts. In the mean time the minimum average balance has been increased by Rs. 10000/- without any information and Rs. 750/- consolidation charges deducted from my Accounts.
As per your terms and Condition in account opening form and Banking regulation, if minimum average balance has been increased by the Banking authority then you will communicated to each customers. But in my case no communication received from your site. When, I reach in HAL branch at saving bank transaction counter, the persona talk with me very ruddily and told me no any complain taken regarding above matter at here and no any complain or complain book kept in bank branch.
Please reimbursement my extra charges Rs. 750/- which is deducted from my account.
Your kind co-operation in this regards will be highly appreciated.

worst bank axis bank
i had tried to withdraw an amount of 3800 rupees from axis bank's atm located in noida sector 1 near pdil bhawan, the atm machine processed money but money dint come out of atm's mouth usually money comes 1 inch out so that we can take it out but that day it was 1inch inside. I tried to take money out with my finger inserting inside, i snatched 200 rupees and left 3600 rupees was locked inside, it was sunday and axis bank customer care department don't assist on sunday, so i called customer care next day and complained my complain id is 1301006735. after 4 days when i called customer care to know the status of complain then they told me that my transaction was successful so they cant refund my money and told me to go to my branch office there they told me the same. And gave me a form to fill after some days they told me the resolution that the transaction was successful And now i have many complaints against axis bank and it's system but first i want my money refund,

sir mera naam vinod thakur he . aur maine 06 march 2013 ko ek account axis bank ki malviya nagar jaipur branch me open karwaya tha. aur axis bank ke ek karmchari mr. vishnu yadav ne mera account open kiya tha . account open karte samay vishnu yadav ne aur uske boss mr. anoop tripathi ne kaha ki yadi aap account two lac se khulwate ho to hum aapko cheque book & atm password aur ek credit card hand to hand de denge . lakin pichale 6 dino se me branch ke chakkar laga raha hu nahi to mujhe kisi prakar ka jabab diya ja raha he aur nahi anoop & vishnu yadav ke dwara phone uthaya ja raha he . esi karan se mera 2 lac fasha hua he . please aap se nivedan he ki mujhe mera paisa wapas dilwaye aur uchit karyawahi kare

Misuse of Cheques
I would like to complaint against the emplyees of axis bank who have misused my account two checques after issuing these cheques to two different persons and transfer the amount of Rs. 15000 and Rs 50000 from our firm current account.
When I made the complaint to my branch in sector 35 b chandigarh there was no positive response from staff and operation managers of the same branch.
There are two cheques
1: 434885 of amount Rs. 15000 was transferred to Hari Ram account
2: 43489 of amont Rs . 50000 transferred to himanshu singh account
After signing the fraud signatures which can never be done without the help of bank staff .
So I request you to resolve th matter within 12 working hours and trace the criminals who have done such a big fraud and raise big question mark to the banking system of Axis bank on the name of security and verification and locality to their customers.
My company account I'd is 838649321 so if somebody can resolve the issue and help to capture the culprits and put them behind the bar .
I had lodged the complaint in my parent bank branch sector 35 B Chandigarh as on 4-4-2013 but till time no positive response I got .
Not even a single response they have given form last 5 days.

Regarding death insurance claim
I am friend of N.Pradeep Raj whose axis bank account no is 911010031923437 .Unfortunately he died in an accident on January 30 2013 .He was a corporate employee.He used his Debit card for last 3 months and his salary account was in axis bank which when we verified with bank we got update that his guardian eligible for applying insurance.We have sent mail to axis bank customer care.sent the necessary documents to
HUDA Techno Enclave,
Hyderabad- 500081. They attended call 2 times and assured me that they will proceed this insurance claim.But when i called again they not even attaending my phone call

Complaint against Axis bank for using false police to threaten & ask for money.
Complaint against AXIS BANK and its associates for acting as false police and advocate for threatening and demanding money.
I had a Axis bank Credit card - 4718630001241321 for which issues were going on. I sent numerous mails to Axis bank for sorting the matter but they did not do it (Attached are the copies of mail which were sent to Axis Bank).
On 10th April, 2013 - A person called Sub Inspector OM (phone no - 07702879632) from nampally police station, Hyderabad, AP called up my college faculty and informed her that a non bailable warrant has been issued against me Case no - 0251/2011/37/420 and I will be arrested before 2pm if I do not deposit Rs. 17, 500 in AXIS Bank credit card account.
He informed me that I have to speak to advocate Mohan Awasthi (ph - 9553348365). He informed me that he represents AXIS BANK and case belongs to Credit card and that Bangalore police will arrest me if I do not deposit money in Axis Bank credit card account by 2pm.
Sub Inspector OM called me 10 times and also threatened that he will arrest and spoil my career if I do not deposit money. Advocate Mohan told me he will provide me the copy of the case, in which police station case has been filled and all the relevant documents.
After depositing money I have sent mails to Advocate and called both Sub Inspector OM and Advocate for asking in which Police station case was filled, copies of out of arrest and all but they have not provided and stopped answering all the calls.
I spoke to Nampally police station in Hyderabad and they informed no one from this name works here. He was a false police and used the wrong identity.
They called my college faculty to put me under pressure to spoil my name and career. They had my entire details but they did not call me but my college.
• AXIS bank used false identity people for money.
• AXIS bank did not bother to solve the problem when I wrote them mails.
• I am attaching the mails where I have sent my new phone number, but still they did not call. I was in Kolkata from 2008 - 2011, they did not resolve the matter.
• AXIS Bank had my e-mail id they did not contact there.
All the above reasons prove that AXIS bank is at fault.
A criminal case should be filed against the trio and Bank should be answerable for threatening and using goons
