    Angry Payment not received by the receiving party

    I made a payment to Reliance Netconnect against my internet connection on 3rd October 2011. Till now Reliance has not received the money. However the money has been billed against my credit card bill of the particular month and ICICI bank (my credit card bank) is claiming that the payment has been made sucessfully to Reliance. Nobody is ready to tell me that where my money is.
