Hi,
I did online transaction of transferring Rs 10,000 with Citi Bank on 24th Sept,2011.By mistake I transferred money to wrong account number which I did not intend to .I wanted to transfer money to Rahul Patil(Self icici account) A/C - 058101508047 but by mistake i transferred it to someone by name Gurmeet kaur A/C 050101508047.I gave written letter to ICICI bank ,magarpatta ,Pune branch(home branch) on Oct 21 th , but ICICI back says that they can not transfer the money without Account holder's permission .ICICI officials tried to contact that person but his mobile not reachable.
and till today they are not even able to trace Accont Holder.Pls help and suggest.
