Dear Sir,
my name is Gaurav Singh. i have a punjab national bank account no. 1841001500046602 in the runkuta branch of agra district. On 20th aug 2011 i booked an air ticket for my friend with my debit card and due to some reasons i cancelled my ticket on the same day. after that i got a cancelation mail and a refund mail from the goibibo with the following details.

afterthat i waited for approximately 30 days for my refund but when i didnt get my amount i contacted the booking agency customer care ie goibibo.
they told me that they credited the refund amount in my account on the same day of the cancellation ie on 20th aug 2011 and they also gave me the bank reference no. 123303472607.
but till today i have not received the amount in my account. i filed a complain inthe pnb helpline on 19th sep 2011.
my complain no 56221847 as given by pnb customer care executive.they told me that my problem will be solved in max 45 days.
but till today as on 5th nov 2011 my problem is not solved by the officials and i have not got the amount in my account.
what type of service is this. I am very upset with this problem.
on 5th nov 2011 when i again contacted the helpline they told me that my problem was not solved. they gave me a email id mastercard@posp.co.in and told me to give a mail to this id. but when i tried to send the email the mail server told me that the domain name of that email id is not valid.
Sir please look into this matter and solve my problem, i m very upset with this problem.
