I had a savings bank a/c with your bank at Gandhidham Branch, Gujarat. for my A/c I had applied net Banking service over there. After repeated followups I did not got the user ID & password there. After some months I got transferred from Gujarat to ODISHA & accordingly I applied for the transfer of my A/c to my home town. at that time i had enquired regarding the net banking service at Gandhidham Branch & advised to apply at the new branch.




After two months I came to know that my A/c was not transferred to my home town Tangi Branch. Finally my A/c was transferred by calling again & again to Gandhidham Branch. Here I applied for the net banking service & again after 2 Months I was informed that net banking service is active with my account. when I called to Gandhidham Branch I got to know that my user ID Password were there. They were requested to send those to my home branch: Tangi, Khurda, Odisha. The process of forwarding the User Id & Password form Gandhidham to Tangi taken another two months. When I received them my home branch taken 20 days again to activate. Even no one at Tangi Branch was responding to the ringing phone.




At last today I tried to log in & got the answer that, my User ID is Expired




It is very much hurting that I could not transacted my A/c throughout the above session & mistaken to close my A/c with HDFC bank.







Kindly arrange me New User ID & Password to enable me to be with your bank & to bank with a smile.
