I am having SB account with BOI, CHENNAI PARRYS branch, opened for trading purpose. Trading account requires lots of internet transaction. This bank introduced STAR TOKEN, when i asked about this to branch, they told me use STAR TOKEN, which provides more Security. Then i used it and know that this is one of the worst kind of internet service, which frequently blocked without any reason. After that, i have approached the branch serveral times [almost one year] personally to unblock STAR TOKEN, nothing happens. Now i decided to close the account. I am a I.T. person facing this kind of worst internet service. I am using ICICI Bank for 5 years, regulary using internet transactions without any problems. Public sector banks must improve.
