I am in USA and I have made a transaction online through xoom and during account # input I made a typo and funds are transfered to unintented account(both accounts are of ICICI). Now I am asked to contact ICICI by XOOM and while ICICI is directing me to XOOM. Both are trying to push responsibility on to other and ultimately I am loosing. Could you please advise me how to proceed further?
