I got my SB and FD accounts of OBC transferred from one branch to another in the first week of Aug 2011... Since then , am facing hell out of problems with obc netbanking...
1. The account summary shows 100's of entires of the same SB account number but with different branches.
2. The account summary shows 100's of entires of the same FD account number but with different branches.
3. Requesting for a new FD still shows the previous branch code but the the current ..
I have filed repeated complaints about this in their website ... Everytime, the Ibank replies sayings

definetly esolved and the same will be updated to you positively. Inconvenience regretted.


But my issues are never resolved even after two months.... I really want to escalate this to the highest level possible in OBC .
