Recently I did a net bank transaction with Canara Bank Hebbal and the amount was deducted in my bank. I received a messege after two days that the transaction failed without any reason. The transaction fee was also cut. When I called the manager, he did not answer properly. These two days I could not do any financial transaction because there was less balance in my acount. I had complained online and there is nobody to answer it. Who has to bell the cat? I am thinking to complaint this to Ombudsman. Do any body know the e-mail id of Canara Bank Bangalore Ombudsmen e-mail address.?
