    Default HDFC NetBanking Transaction Failed But money deducted

    Hi,

    I am Pavan Lakshmi Kumar Jonnadula and i have salary account with HDFC from last 3 years. My Customer ID : 25515450 and account number : 05451140102581.

    I tried to book bus tickets through Make My Trip.com and trancation was failed. But money got deducted. I tried totally 5 times.Out of 5 times 2 times trancations got succeeded but other 3 times it was failed.But money was deducted 5 times.

    Can you please revert back the extra money you have deducted from my account ?

    Hi,
    I am Ajay Thomas and i have salary account with HDFC. My Customer ID is 34269612

    I did an online recharge for tata docomo cell phone connection. I did netbanking twice but it failed. Also, i did an online payment through my credit card and that also failed!!!

    Default HDFC NetBanking Transaction for mobile recharge Failed But money deducted

    Hi,
    To be precise , I had taken up online recharge for my docomo number.
    The amount from my account got deducted i.e. Rs.200 but there was no recharge done.
    The screen displayed saying the transaction was completed.
    Finally i lost the amount . Please help me figure out how to encash the lost amount.
