I am currently at usa for the work assignment from my company. I am no longer able to log into my internet banking account as it asks for a one time password (otp). My registered mobile number is no longer working in usa and being a resident account holder, my mail ID is not secured enough to receive the otp. Hence, literally I have been cut off from using my own money.
I tried to contact ICICI customer care via phone and email option on their site, but it didn't work. I was not able to contact them at all. As per them I should log my complaint on their website using "email us". But that "email" feature does not allow my to write anything and directing me to faqs. I just don't understand that if ICICI can send otp via email to nri then why not to resident customers? don't we use same email services?
In the first place I never asked for otp feature then why it was imposed on me? I am really pissed that I don't have access to my own money.
