Respected Sir/Madam,
I have a saving account in ICICI bank (Panipat branch) since last 9-10
months and unfortunately I forgot my password for the net banking. So
I lodged a complaint regarding reissue of password in bank's customer care
in month of June and they told me that you will receive your password within
eight working days. I waited but i did not receive. After that I again
registered a complaint regarding net banking password in month of July.
Again they gave me the same answer and I did not get my password. Now I
lodged the same thrice on ninth of August 2009.
Today (nineteenth of August 2009) when i talked about the status of my
request then one of their customer care executive told me that your password
has been dispatched by courier and give the courier number but the number
was wrong. I again called to them then they told me that your password
dispatched not by the courier but by the simple post. They are giving me the
different-2 status.
And when i asked about my first two complaints then they told me that your
address is under ‘no service area’ that's why you are not getting your
password. While my address is not under the ‘no service area’.
As I am not able to use net banking so I am facing problems. I had opened
this account because I had to use net banking services but I am suffering a
lot just because of their low quality service.
Please tell me what I should do regarding this.
