Axis Bank Personal Banking forces the user to use a obsolete version of Java. This is extremely dangerous as Java recomends usage of the latest version for security reasons. Therefore, Axis Bank is deliberately exposing customers unauthorized access to their bank accounts. I am an Axis Bank customer Account number 091009588 and have emailed Axis Bank customer care many times to rectify this issue but they do not even bother to respond.

Axis Bank should not understand that none of the new browsers like IE 9, Firefox 6, Chrome work with Java 6 update 21 and customers like me have immense difficulty in accessing their accounts. I have to borrow one of my employee's XP computer to access my account.

No response from their side till date ! Please let me know if they send you a solution. The only way I can get in is by using XP and a older version of Java which is ridiculous.
