    Unhappy amount deducted from OBC netbanking account but no ticket generated

    On 20.05.2011, I tried to book an e-ticket from my OBC bank account no : 05012011006938 in the IRCTC account ID : nehapuri . But unfortunately, total amount fare of 1148 was deducted from my account and in return no tickets were generated for my journey and a page with error page not found popped up when i logged in to see my account balance 1148 rs were deducted . Now I don't know whom to contact as the irctc helpline no doesnt go through and I am left at the mercy of Bank/IRCTC to refund me my hard earned money. Please see if some thing can be done.

    I am attaching a virtual receipt of my net banking account in txt format as a proof
