Hello Consumer Court,

I am bank account holder of Maharashtra Bank since 5 year. I have recently requested for net banking facility. I have received the Userid and Password information through mail. To access net banking I need to first call Customer care to activate my account. I was trying to call Maharashtra Bank consutomer care since 1 month but no one is pickup the phone. This is really frustrating and I am unable to transfer my fund from other bank through net banking. There is no such other contact information where I can call and submit my request or complaint . So finally decided to put my complaint to consumer court. Hope Court will contact Maharashtra Bank and request them to improve their Customer care service.
