Hi,

I have a salary account with Axis bank. But last February on 18/02/2011 Rs 1,111/- has been deducted from my account twice for some Vodafone bill payment which i have not done. Because of their mistake they reversed the amount once on the same day. But as it is deducted 2 times from my account and credited only once. so axis bank has to return the remaining amount i.e 1,111/- to my account also which they had not done. After raising a complain in their website also there is no proper communication.

After communicating with the bank through phone they are asking me to submit a FIR for this. As this the mistake from axis bank they have to do all the required process for this. As a customer i am very much unsatisfied they way things had happened and i am not feeling safe to keep my money in axis bank.
