Hello Sir,

I am customer of SBI bank holding Card#6220180649900217492. This account is more than 3 years old. Since then I have been trying to get the Net banking facility activated in my account. I have submitted all the documents thrice but no attention is given since three years. Hope, you can understand my situation visiting the branch again and again for a simple activation, which the concerned SBI employees could have done within little time. It is a pathetic condition for me to tell that I am not happy with the employees of SBI, laxmi nagar, mangal bazar. They simply do not pay heed to any request. Instead they would ask the customers to go to different counters for which they themselves do not have the idea.

Please help me in getting my Net Banking facility activated or at least take necessary action against these unprofessional employees of SBI, Mangal bazar branch. Hope, you could do something from your end.
