Dear Sir,

As per given mail I requested to Bank many time but no responce at your end
and i Fax to branch on dt 30.08.2008 and i personaly given to application
in Gwalior branch to provided us Fund transfer facility. but bank issue a
password to fund transfer . and not add ID for transfer the money.

If you unable to add fund transfer facility why are you issued to me fund
transfer password?
