Details of complaint: Hi,

Need your attention and help on this.

There is a fraud has happened in my Savings bank Account number 169401500199. The same case has been updated to ICICI bank customer care as well. It is my salary Account in the bank. I would request please have look on the below matter & take necessary action as soon as possible since it threats the ICICI image also.

1. Last week I had raised a service Request (SR-SR160529253) with ICICI bank custmor care as I was not able to add any Payees in my Account.
2. on 4th Jan 2011 I had received a call (no. 9664194803) from one of the custmer care exe stating that he is working on the above SR number and wants to add a payee in my Account named as SURESH PARHI for a trial basis.
Immidiately I received an SMS with a number to activate the above payee name in my Acc. The customer Care Guy asked me to share that number with him and did it.

3. on 4th Jan 2011 at 8.58 PM, Rs. 44500 was transfrred to Mr. Parhi's Acc and I got the SMS also.

4. On 5th Jan 2011, I filed case & submitted the FIR copy in the bank for further investigation.

I want an investigation on this and your help as well ASAP.

Kindly let me know if you need any more details on this.
For any transaction there are four thing required
1)Login ID,
2)Login Password.
3)Transaction Password
4)URN No.
5) Debit Card Back Side No.

I want to know how any other unknown person know all the information.
How My previous request no is leaked to any unknown person.

Please help me for finding back my money.
