Dear sir

Till now I did not get any reply from your bank.since I am asking you by phone from the last week You are telling that as you have given a complain to MD desk the feed back will be come from there.As I have disscused with the pithampur sector-101 Hdfc bank Branch Manager the details will be provided by your home branch only.Acoording to teliphonic disscusion on 10/1/11 you assured that the feed back & details of the hiker will reach to me by evening but still now i am not getting anything else.
I am not getting able to understand what is going on the case which I have complained you & to your MD desk also.
If I will not get any feed back today I will be bound to go on my way for the complain resolving process.

Why the bank is not getting able to get the status till now which was happened to my Slary account & money transoformer is having an aacount in HDFC.How is it possible not to get any investigation reprot till now,It proves that bank is running with some fraud account holders also.

Further Can I run the net banking facility & my debit card use as it has been blocked for the investigation purpose.
Hope you will revert back soon for the further assitance.

Myself padmalochan Mohanty having account No-08901140002319 at Prahallad nagar Branch,Ahmedabad,Gujurat.On 02/01/11 an amount of Rs 25,200 has been transfered from my account using my net banking service in an illegal way to the account no-04891050028924 named as hdfcsecure1 in my thirdparty benificiary.I have intimated to the HDFC phone banking cusomer care on 02/01/11 having a complain no MUM229258 .Till now i am not getting any satisfactory answer how it happens & How I will get the same amount which is hired from my account ? How can I trust the bank as I & only I is the sole knower of my Net banking Id & password.How is it asseed by some other one ?The person who transfer the above amount is Mr Rustam Bhaiya from Mumbai having the account no-04891050028924 which is accroding to the phone banking customer care Executive.So I am requesting to get into the matter & suggest me to get back my amount as soon as possible.
