Dear Sir,
My name is Niranjan SS and I have transfered the amount 1200/- to one of my friend account through Corporation bank(Shanthi nagar) internet banking to the canara Bank- SHESHADRI PURAM. but while submitting I have submitted with the wrong IFSC code after that I cheched with my friend and also in my account holding branch and have been told that money has been pushed from Corporation bank and my friend not received it, after that I did contacted the Canara Bank-SHESHADRI PURAM and they asked to contact the Head office, I sent lot of mails to them and they are not responding properly for my e-mails or not even calls, It is nearly one month form now and still struggling to get my money back.
So can you please guide me how can I get my money back?
