I got your email from your news channel and need your help in below mention problem-
I Ranjan Kumar Jha have a saving account with icici bank for more than seven years and the account no. is – 624001520177.
I got a mail on 31.10.2010 on my mail id i.e. ranjan2u2000@yahoo.co.in for re verification of my detail for secured internet banking. There was a form given on page. so on 1.11.2010 I filed the form. On 4.11.2010 I got messages form ICICI TM on my mobile no-9373527475 that my online banking verification is on process and I will be called by customer care executive to confirm my URL mobile pin and then I got a call from no- 07709377905 to confirm the URL mobile pin for registration of mobile banking. I had given the URL no and after few hrs again I got a call from no- 022-42514000 that this is a call from customer care somebody cheated me through online banking and transferred 37000 /- from my account. And ICICI Customer care tracked it as a suspicious transaction and gave me a complain no-SR-156992730.I called to the call center and then they blocked my Debit card , internet banking I.D & Password and told me that a expert team will investigate and co-ordinate with me. But, I didn’t got any call from the bank or customer care. I made a FIR also to the nearest police Station but didn’t got any feed back from the police station or the local bank branch.
My money has been transfer to the account of a person who is unknown to me. I got his name & address from the bank. His address is-

Address- shadip society Building no-R3
Room no-208,RNA Plaza,Rammandir Road
Goregaon West, Mumbai.
I had given this address to the police also. But it is now more than one & half month but yet not received any feedback.
I lost my hard earned money which is very valuable to me.
So, I am sending this mail to if possible help me and others also by creating awareness with the help of your News Channel.
