IRCTC.COM is fraud and cheat everyone my 4000/- credited in my account but ticket cost is 1217/- only, no cancellation money they not refund...

Cancellation amount of railway e-ticket not refunded till date from 9th Dec. 2010. Dear Sir / Madam,
I Chandan S. Lokhande kindly put your attention on that, I booked railway e-ticket PNR-6250579178 & PNR-8249999212 on 2nd Dec. 2010 & 5th Dec.2010 respectively & I cancelled the same on 9th Dec.2010. But till date the amount of cancellation of e-ticket is not refunded in my IDBI account.
I continuously call to IRCTC care centre no. 01139340000, they replied that we already refunded cancellation amount in your IDBI account.
So I request you to kindly look into the matter & refund my cancellation amount as soon as possible.
