Somebody hacked my icici account user id and password and transferred 50000/- from my account

Date of transfer from my account : 11th Nov 2010

Funds got transferred to an another ICICI account with name Jagjivan surjeet singh 106601501342.

I asked icici bank to provide me the account details of the other person but they didn’t provide me

I lodged a complaint in icici and the complaint number is SR157555273.

Please try to resolve this and transfer the funds back to my account.

As it is another icici account it can be easily traced.

this is not the first case with icici bank
can it not stop these fraus
is icici bank not responsible for this.

For fund transfer in online, userid, login pwd, transaction pwd, URN and above all DIGITS PRESENT IN DEBIT
or ATM card is required. so if somebody hacks the pwd and all other details also fund transfer is impossible
but digits present in my DEBIT card is only known to me and ICICI. This info is also must for fund transfer.
without these fund transfer is not possible, this is the aspect which makes us to think suspect of ICICI backen
d employees than to whom the money is transferred.
ICICI and government sector has to focus on these type of thefts.
ICICI has to focus, because im using this account for last 5 years no problems, but these things will quickly
spoil the reputation of ICICI.
Government also have to focus in improving their quality to investigate these types of crimes.
Local police people and even cyber crime is little bit hesitant to take this type of crimes because of lack
of skilled resources in investigating cyber crimes and very poor knowledge of computers and internet with po
lice officials.

Government has to recruit some computer people with internet knowledge in cyber crimes department to
help them.
