Dear Sir/Madam,

I , Chetan P. Chandratre holds Salary Account with ICICI bank (A/C NO:000401130763) and make use of netbanking facility for payment of my monthly credit card bills.

On 3rd September 2010 I noticed the above account has insufficient fund when I went to ATM center to withdraw money. On enquiriing with customer care of ICICI bank, I was told that on 31st August & 1st Sept 2010, there were online money tranfers to total 4 different accounts which were not done by me & I was totally unaware of . The total amount of these fraud transactions is Rs. 1,08,000/-.

I asked ICICI Bank customer care to block the account for any transactions . I also logged complain with ICICI Bank customer care to investigate the matter complain number is SR151209014. I also lodged a complaint with local Police station and submitted a copy to ICICI bank.

As of now I have not heard anything from ICICI Bank. There is no single call from ICICI bank regarding the complaint and whenever I call customer care I always get the reply that Investigation is in progress.

I request you to kindly guide / help me in this matter.
