I am having a HDFC account and before some days I transferred an amount of Rs.7000/- on 05 Janruary 2008 to a Visa Card no: 431********* via net banking to one of our known person having a account in Dena Bank at nawada branch and his A/C details are 7771. But its being a long time he has not received the payment till date. We both checked and consult with Dena bank several times, but no payment was credited to his account. I have contacted the HDFC customer care and registered the complaints so many times they just submit a complaint some complains no are as follow 226469945, 22650003 and if you require I will show you the same. They always said that the payment will be credited in to your account on next day.
Kindly look into this matter and take any necessary step to resolve this issue and if you require any further information please let me know.
HDFC bank is very poor in service and the net banking facility is pathetic.
