Sir, i had recharged my reliance mob online through ICICI Bank online recharge facility on 27th of July, the amount deducted from my account and my cell not recharged. I lodged complain so many times to ICICI Bank, bank replied that amount paid to Reliance but when i lodge complain to Reliance, reliance told that no amount with us as my given reference no, by ICICI Bank
Now onwards neither ICICI Bank is responsible for my complain nor Reliance, what to do next? help me.
