I have a account with unoin bank of india juhu tara branch a/c no 369102010039959 on 18/3 of march i use the back gateway to pay my property tax Rs.7238 but the transaction got failed but then also i money got deducted so i check with the bmc office after 5 days they told me that there is no such transaction so i logged the compliant with bank on 23/03 ref no 380620 they told me wait for 3 days you will get the refund but till date i there is no reverse entry so i called again ref no is 393020 28/3 now also they are telling me they are trying there level best to get the refund but they are not sure weather when will i get the same I also called them today 30/3/10and also made many call regarding the same but no progress
pls help me out with my problem
pls look into the matter and do the needful.

pls help me out with my problem
