Claim against HDFC for Rs. 22,500/- as expected loss Dear Sir/Madam,
I have been trying for online payment from my HDFC bank Netbanking A/c No. 0791050083661 (Rajesh Kumar) to jeetle(dot)in for playing online auction/bid since last evening but due to not working of HDFC Bank website (www(dot)hdfcbank(dot)com) it fails transaction, thus I could not pay the the site and not able to auction/bid for an item Rs. 22,500/- (Nokia N97 Mini).
I am dead sure I won this item today but not possible due to HDFC Bank only.
I, therefore, claiming the same from HDFC Bank Ltd towards expected loss.
