I have made a payment of Rs.284 & Rs.389 resp for my credit cards (HDFC & HSBC) on 06-Mar-10.After completion of transaction system has shown that transaction is successful. But on 11-Mar-10, ICICI bank has credited that amount to my account. I have asked for the same to bank but they said because of technical problem at their end that amount has not been credited to Credit card account. This resulted late payment charges to me which is because of ICICI bank's mistake. Now when i ask them to bear a late charges amount which is because of their mistake, they refused to accept it....
Because of this the question has been raised in my mind that henceforth should i do any online transaction from ICICI bank internet banking?
That time i had made a transaction of Rs.289 & 384 which was not completed that time because of which now i am paying appro.1200/- as a fine.
