I am tapa dutta having a salary account (A/C# 048010100492119) in nagpur civil line Axis Bank Branch on 09/07/2009 & 10/07/2009 some body illigaly taken out Rs-49,900/- &30,500/- on 13/07/2009 I went to same branch inform ed about the same to receiption counter,one lady who was in receiption counter informed me that some one Mr parimal chandel have done this transection from shambhal pur branch & assured me that I will get back the amount but it will take some time & requested me to give writen complain also gave few forms to fill up for lodging complain with police if required also informed me that if required police complain will be loged by bank only soevery things was handed over to her.in between I used enquire over phone every time they use to note down my contact nuber with request will call you back but never got the call al last when I contacted operation head then came to nkow that no complain was loged now I am help less Please suggest me what to do
