Somebody hacked my icici account user id and password and transferred 30000/- from my account

Details of my icici account are

Account number : 016901512892
Branch : Indiranagar branch, Bangalore

Date of transfer from my account : 23rd oct 2009
Date of charges levied on my account for transfer : 21st oct 2009

So they might have intiated the transfer on 21st oct 2009

Funds got transferred to an another ICICI account with name Chandhrasekharan - Mumbai - Powai Branch.

I asked icici bank to provide me the account details of the other person but they didn’t provide me

I lodged a complaint in icici and the complaint number is 122701084.

Please try to resolve this and transfer the funds back to my account.

As it is another icici account it can be easily traced.

this is not the first case with icici bank
can it not stop these fraus
is icici bank not responsible for this
we doubt that icici employees might be doing all these how to get back the money i lost

I had done an online transaction on ICICI portal and transferred money from ICICI saving A/c to Standard Chartered saving a/c .

Date of Transaction : 29th December'09
Reflection of amount took place today ie ; 5th Jan '10

Due to this delay there was an EMI scheduled to get deducted has bounced because of a delay at ICICI's system and i can come in the blacklist of the other bank.

Off late ICICI online banking is becoming worthless with no timelines followed...

Details of my icici account are

Account number : 625301524288
Branch : Kumarapark branch, Bangalore

Date of transfer from my account : 11th November 2010
So they intiated the transfer on the same day itself

Funds got transferred to an another ICICI account with name Jagjivan surjit singh
Account number : 106601501342

I asked icici bank to provide me the account details of the other person but they didn’t provide me

I lodged a complaint in icici and the complaint number is SR157555273

Please try to resolve this and transfer the funds back to my account.

As it is another icici account it can be easily traced.

can it not stop these fraus

My suspect is also ICICI backend employees because
to do a fund transfer, login pwd, transaction pwd, userid, URN number and above all digits present in debit card are required.
so if some other people means they can hack passwords, userid etc but DIGITS present in DEBIT card, which is known only to me and the ICICI.
ICICI people should focus on finding these internal frauds otherwise they will lose the reputation among people.
