    Default Kotak mahindra ULIP Funds - Surrender amount not released even after 1 month after subm

    I had signed up for Kotak Life insurance ULIP funds(retirement plan) through Blue chip India. The funds matured in August 2011 andI submitted the surrender form on Mar 27, 2012. I have still not recieved the funds and am just getting a run around. I have spoken to executives at Bluechip and Kotak but am yet to get a resolution. Please advise.
