Hi Sir,

I am a customer who holds Bharti AXA policy from 11/2008. I have one query to the Manager of the department, why the adviser not introduced all the terms and condition to the customer when they introduced policy to the customers.

When i purchased this policy the advisor told me that this policy's locking period is 3 years and you have to minimum pay for 3 years. After that you don't need to pay the policy's premium and your policy will be in active state. But when i called to the customer care, as my policy's 3 years is about to complete in 11/2011. then the customer care person said to me that you need to pay for 7 years other wise your policy will be inactive or bla bla....

What this all non sense happened in between going on policy why these people don't tell us when they introduce the policy to the customer. I am not satisfy with all the services they provided to me.

I have one another issue with the advisor is that he did not tell me that my policy's first year amount will not be considered. when this thing i came to know i was surprised. And today when i talked to the customer care for not paying the premium amount after the locking periods then again i am surprised.

So can they people tell me how many times they will make me surprise.

I want strict action regarding this from consumer court or any solution.
