Dear Sir,
Require your kind assistance .My self Cyrus D IRANI has been following
up with ICICI PRUDENTILAL - since last 10 days for my refund order . I
had deposited all the original documents along with the original cheque
received from them for correction on my sons name at their Andheri
office on 15-07-09 . I have attached scanned copies of the same
I have also attached scanned copy of my complain number 8000809650 dated
25-07-09
Since them I am following up for the same .
I spoke to Ms Shilpa on 31-07-09 for the same, on their customer care
number 1800 200 6666 she reverted that next day some official will call
me from ICICI , but till date no one called. Called up on 03-08-09 and
spoke to Shabnam , Called on 04-08 spoke to yunus, Kajal the Supervisor
in charge also spoke to me and reverted that they will be calling me
back
Today I spoke to Shublaxmi, she refused to give me the contact center
address as I wanted them to meet them personally .
According to ICICI the original cheque has not been forwarded to them
for issue of new cheque by their CAMS office.
If we fail to pay our dues one day late ICICI bank charges us interest
we are been charged intrest, now my monies are delayed - WILL ICICI BANK
PAY ME THE INTREST
