    my self MOHANLAL CHANDULAL OSWAL,my birla sunlife tax relief'96 1013316094.
    my resident address is 366 A/5,NAKODA DARSHAN,EKBOTE COLONY,GHORPADE PETH,PUNE-411042.TEL - 020-26453090/9422513151.
    MY SAVING BANK A/C NO. 15022,AT JANATA SHAKARI BANK LTD,BR.BHAWANI PETH,PUNE.

    I RECEIVED ALL UR DEVIDEND EXCEPT DECLARED ON 08/12/06 DECLARED AT @25 PER UNIT WHICH AMT IS Rs.25214.33.

    I REGISTERED COMPLAIN AT UR CUSTOMER CARE NO AT LEAST FOR 5 TIMES TILL NOW,BUT TILL NOWI DID NOT RECDIVED ANY DEVIDEND.
    I ALSO SENT YOU WRITTEN COMPLAINTS 3 TIMES TILL NOW,BUT STILL ITS UNUSEFULL.
    EVERYTIME I CALLED CUST.CARE I WAS TOLD THAT MY ADDRESS WITH YOU IS INCORRECT,SO I SENT WRIITEN COMPAINT WITH ADDRESS.
    BUT IF MY ADDRESS REGISTERED WITH YOU IS INCORRECT HOW I RECEIVED YOUR OTHER DECLARED DEVIDENDS.
    EVERYTIMES I WAS TOLD THAT I WILL RECEIVE A CALL FROM UR CUST CARE/COMPANY IN NEXT 3 DAYS.
    BUT I STILL WAITING FOR CALL.


    I ALSO RECEIVED OTHER MAILURE LIKE STATEMENTS ETC ON THE SAME ADDRESS BUT WHY CANT I RECEIVE UR DEVEDEND CHEQUES.
    EVERY TIME THEY SAY DIFFERENT REASONS,ONE TIME THEY SAID THAT THEY HAD SENT CHEQUE AT HOME BUT AS THERE WERE NOONE AT HOME SO THE CHEQUE WAS RETUTRNED/
    ITS ALL RUBBISH.

    I HAVE BEEN REGULAR INVESTER ,AND I HAVE MORE THAT 4 TYPES OF DIFFERENT MUTUAL FUNDS FROM THE HOUSE OF BIRLA.
    BUT I PROMISE THE WAY YOUR COMPANY IS HANDLING THIS CASE,I NEVER BE UR CUSTOMER AGAIN.

    AND I TRY MY LEVEL BEST THAT ON OTHER FRENDS,RELATIVE WILL INVEST IN ANY OF UR FUNDS.

    WHY DON’T U PAY DEVIDENDS EVEN AFTER CUSTOMER FOLLOWS YOU SINCE LAST 3 MONTS OR SO.
    EVERY TIME I CALL UR CUSTOMER CARE I ONLY GET NEW COMMITMENTS.
    CAN U CALCULATE INTEREST ON THE DEVIDEND.?

    WHY I NOT RECEIVED A DIVEDEND CHEQUE TILL TODAY EVEN AFTER CONTINUOUSLY FOLLOWING YOU.
    WHY DIDN’T COMPANY INFORMED US THAT WE HAVE MISSED ONE OF DIVEND?


    TILL HOW MANY DAYS THIS WILL HAPPEN?

    I WANT ALL MY DEVIDEND MONEY WITH INTEREST WITHIN 8 DAYS.
    IF NOT YOU MAY SEEE THIS COMPLAIN IN SOME OF LEADING NEWSPAPERS AND ALSO MAY RECEIVE A LEGAL NOTICE FROM COURT AND CONSUMER COURT.

    I HOPE THIS WILL WAKE YOU ENOUGH.




    WHY THIS IS HAPPENING FROM A REPUTED COMPANY LIKE BIRLA.
    IF U DON’T WANT TO DISTRIBUTE DEVIDEND WHY U DELCARE IT.

    Hello,

    Send a written notice via registered post to the CMD of Birla about your problem, mention all the complaints no. in it and ask them for the proper solution so that you will not face such type of problem again.

    Note: Do not forget to keep the slip of registered post in safe, it will help you if the parent company will not solve the issue with in the mention time of 15 to 20 days.

    Default comliant about birla mutualfund surat branch

    hi my name is j v shah i m doing mutualfund business from last 10 years.
    now sebi take decision on no load its good for investor and broker for giving helthy advise,
    but main thing is in my area surat birla branch doing special setting with broker and give some extra brokerage for take more business specially for some big ticket size, so its very bad for retail investor and for ifa also, particularly in surat bupinder singh is branch manger who is doing this all activity with hi head micky desai and rm vishal desai, so they dealing with broker for extra brokreg which load relase through debit note, they all doing from last few days which is against sebi rule so pls help us , from surat jv shah and surat association ifa
