Dear Sir,
I am one of the customers of Birla Sunlife Mutual Fund with my folio no. as 1014006533.
I had applied online for the recently launched NFO of Birla Sunlife Gold Exchange Traded Fund. My transaction reference No. is BDAP1100336.
I had mentioned my D.P.’s name as ‘Kotak Securities Limited’, D.P. ID: IN300214;, Client ID: 15808696.
However on the allotment letter which I had received from BSLMF, the DP ID & Client ID Nos. were incorrectly appearing as IN302902 & 47204884.
Thus my Gold ETF shares were incorrectly deposited by the mutual fund into somebody else’s account.
I have done so much of follow up since last 2 months, written so many mails to their customer care ID, called up so many times to their call-center at 1800 270 7000; But they are only saying that they are doing the follow up with the concerned party & that the matter has been escalated to their highest authority.
I have got all the necessary proofs of investment, my mail correspondance to BSLMF in this regard. I have got a written copy of my complaint acknowledged by BSLMF’s local Vapi office, also.
I have done follow-up with Mr. Chaitanya, BSLMF's senior officer at Vadodara call center, who was following up the matter till date. I expect that at least all my principal amount with the highest NAV till date should be returned to me by BSLMF.
Can you please help me in resolving the issue?
