    Default 2 mutual fund policies sale on fake promises

    Dear Sir/Madam,
    I am a Kotak Old Mutual Fund Policy Holder (01086126) since 4 Years. I was very happy with your service but now I am become shocked that your agents also telling a lie to customer for sale the policies. I am also the victim of this fraud 2nd time.

    I have received a call from Kotak Life Insurance (Gurgaon) (26th March) by Mr. Amit (9873014090) that he is calling from Kotak Life Insurance service Dept.. He told me that you are our previous customers who have a policy (01086126) & now Kotak is offering to you on this policy. The Offer was, you have to give only Rs 4200/- & Cont. to this previous Policy till 15 years, then you will be get Rs 14,000/- with in 60 Days and after every 5 Years, you will get Rs. 70000/- . I have ready for this and he collected my old policy paper’s photocopies and cheque of Rs. 4200/- of Kotak Bank. After 2/3 Days, I received confirmation call for this and i asked them for these promises but she refused like this offer. I again call Amit for this but he forced me that she is sale person & try to sale the new policies & don’t know about new offers for continuous policy holders. After some time, I received a new call from Mr. vivek who introduces himself as a senior of Amit & Service Dept. He ensures me that Amit offers’ are true on behalf of Kotak. He also describe same words as like Amit. Than, I said “OK”.

    After Some days, when I got 2 new policies (02283105 & 02283153). I have read carefully. I again called Mr. Amit for 2 new Policy. There is some name spelling mistake both & no word mention as per him promises to me. There are also mention that these are new policies & Premium due date. But he assured me that these are nothing & you got 2 policies because you have given Kotak Bank Cheque, so you will get double benefit & you don’t have any worry. You will not pay any premium.

    But unfortunately, 30th April, I become stunned, When the premium money has deducted my Kotak Account automatically. I called Customer Care same time & asked him about these deductions & told whole story, but they said there is no offered giving any customer like this by Kotak Life Insurance. They suggested to me for register a complaint against this. I also called to Mr. Amit Continuously, but his phone is switched off.

    Now, I requested to kotak Life Insurance to Pls cancelled these Both Policies (02283105 & 02283153) and give my money back immediately.But they rejected my request.
    Pls help me on this issue
