SUB: ESI 41749 - Deamt.
I was approached by sbicapsec sales man and informed that sbi is giving a free offer for a year to join demat, trading account.
I applied for it and to my surprise i found an amount of Rs 794 debited on different accont under demat. I protested the same to the delhi team who admitted that they made this commitment but am unable to pursue the matter with its Head office. They advised me to write to Mr. Easwaran, Head of the deptt. I sent a mail stating this wrong commitment and also the very poor service of the falitiy for the same in Delhi which he agreeed and asked me to write to the MD.. Repeated mails to MD has not been responded.
Sbicapsec Delhi agrees that the system is slow and hangs now and then. Also the toll free number is never contactable even by their office. Delhi customer is left with only one option that is use std to call there office which also no one responds.
I asked them to refund the money but they have not done it nor responding to mail including the MD.
Would appreciate if your court takes up this matter and not only refund the amount deducted but also to levy a heavy penalty for wrong commitment and poor service.
