On Sep 17. That is today.

I sold and bought some shares.
End of the day the contract statement said
BALANCE AMOUNT DUE TO ME : 2,216.94


At the same time I had lien amount of 5,245.79.
This has also been debited from my account towards SBICAPSEC.

Why was this debited from my account?

So now I need to get back the 5,245Rs + 2,216.94 which was due to me.

Will this get sorted out itself or do I need to follow up with the customer support? How should I handle this?

It is nothing less than a fraud. SBICAPSEC had promised me a free trading(ESI89264) and demat a/c, but to my utter surprise, I HAVE FOUND THAT THEY HAVE DEBITED not only once, but twice Rs.400*2=Rs.800, ON 04/11/09(BO ID 01162482 And T) Rs. 400 AND AGAIN ON 18/11/09 (SAME BO ID 01162482 And T)Rs.400. I repeatedly tried to contact their office but they have not responded.Instead they have again debited Rs. 386 on 23/08/10 as CDSDemat bill 0116248. Now, I want them to return me those amounts totalling Rs. 1186.00 immediately into my tagged sevings bank a/c . Be it mentioned here that I have never done a single transaction through this a/c and hence no question of debiting any charge arises.As they have not responded to my repeated approach , I am compelled to move to your highness (consumer court) to get justice done and also to expose the breach of trust executed by such a reputed concern.
Hope you will do the needful at your earliest convenience.

It was offered a free account by Prithvi Raj Road, Jaipur branch office, but they did not returned Rs. 400.00 in saving account till date. Its very shamefull to disclose that i have an account with SBI Cap sec. ONE SMART PERSON SHOULD NOT BE THINK ABOUT SBI.

i regret to state that mr arunaditya singh of sbi capital kolkata cheated with me by signing
deamt and trading account opening form and told me it will take 20 days to open the account. But after a considerable times i neither got any trading id nor i can access the online trading. I will make a fir very shorty against him. I request everybody never everto open trading demat a/c with sbi. I also incurred a huge loss too.

THIS IS THE WORST ONLINE BROKER I HAVE EVER SEEN. Now at trading hours also we are not able to trade due to their very poor online trading software. Always having some technical problems. I was unable to trade yesterday and I called the toll free number and told that they are having some technical problem. Today from till 11 they were having the same problem although they told the problem will get resolved by 11. Just after 30 minutes past 11 there is same problem. This is not just a 1 day instance. This has been occurring for some time, and I do onine trading with fear of what happens if I cant sell due to technical fault.

Their toll free number is always busy and also we cant access the number from our mobile, we have to go search for a landphone to call them.

NEVER FALL INTO A TRAP BY CHOOSING THIS ONLINE BROKER.

For the last 5 days I have been toiling and contacting them. I am running from pillar to post. But absolutely no concern; no response.

Not able to get any status / details of an application forwarded a month before.
Delay for what?

Dear sir/Madam this is rajesh i am a student i started a trading account with SBI on last year april 25th till now i did not facing a single problom up to now wen accout oppening it self he told me that the accout opening charge is 350/- rs its mandataory . i also aggree for that my account is opened with in 15days without any problem and also resently i apply for F&O also this is also opened in 7 days free of cost
