my dad has invested in tax plan mutual fund of icici investing 60000 of 2 plans amounting 30000 each.there was no growth investing in this.but the sudden demise of my father i need to transform to my name.and one more thing in the application my mother name has been mentioned as a nominee.when i contacted these people,they said that it will transform in d name of karta as the application showing huf pan number.so i asked them about the procedure and i have submitted all the mentioned documents including death certificate,family members certificate,bank mandate,etc.but again and again they rejecting my application mentioning that huf deed is not found.i have given so many complaints n i have each n every photocopy of the documents waht i have submitted.its been 2 years i am waiting that it will solve soon.i am really fed up with these people.so finally i decided to file a complaint...pls look into the matter n justify...
