Dear Sir,
This is Mr.william John Gonsalves Resident of Bangalore, Karnataka, India giving an harassment complaint against Relinace Capital Ltd company & its employees. This is with reference to my mutual fund holding folio No.40530668942 invested with Reliance capital reliance tax saver fund (G) option in September2006.

In my investment I did not give any information about Joint account holder. The joint account holder did not sign an application. Without my knowledge Reliance Capital has added false information in my appliaction. The Reliance Capital Made the mode of holding jointly as the wish.

They didnot confirm me any of my details before submitting application. Now on 28th Jan 2011 I had gone to one of their branch in Bangalore, Jayanagar for withdrawal.They denied my withdrawal application telling joint account holder also should sign since mode of holding jointly. I was surprized to hear this. Before this i had gone to their office 3 times, they denied withdrawal for different reasons without guiding me proper and bad responses.

The reliance Branch employee asking me contact their customer care on180030011111 & they will solve this issue. Then I calle dReliance customer care 5 times telling all these history, also given request no.13368439 by santhoshini , vethri & so many others I had spoken but they keep on telling joint account holder should sign. Now without joint account holder signing document where is the point joint account holder arises. I asked them to send me application scan copy from last 5 days no response. Now today agin i called, spoke to miss vethri, she is telling go to branch and request. The branch is telling call up customer care no.

Now how far is investing with reliance capital is secured??

I had wasted my 5 days running behind this, even then no response. Ultimately I thought I have only one solution compliant registration with SEBI. Now they are calling me to update second holder signature which I didnot ask them to put second holder in my application. Reliance capital has spoiled my precious time & money. I am hereby lodging an complaint against Reliance Capital Ltd.

Please help this harassed customer of Reliance Capital Ltd & take action Against Reliance capital Ltd and its employees who ignored me. This is going to be serious issue.

Looking for Positive and immediate remedy for this issue.
