    Default Reliance Mutual Fund

    I have submitted letter on 04/10/10, for redemption of Reliance Equity Fund-Growth. I have received the redemption amount on 29/11/10 after 55 days. I have regularly follow-up Customer care from 11/10/10 regarding my redemption.
    They inform me that my redemption amount is trasferred to my Bank Account. I have received a mail on 5/11/10 from Reliance MF Customer Care and andtold me that we have already transferred your amount to your bank and you have to follow-up your bank. They always gave me the same reply that "I have to follow-up my bank because my money is trasferred. I have received a call from them on 15/11/10 and they told me that they have processed my cheque and the same is lying with Noida Sector-18 office of Reliance Mutual Fund. Due to wrong information given by them my redemption amount is delayed more than 2 months.

    I have given redemption letter of Reliance Equity Fund on 04/10/10 and my Folio No. 43416536445.

    Default Poor service from reliance Mutual fund

    We registered for Reliance MF SIP for Regular savings fund Balance on 10.01.11. The registration was thereafter succesffully done in the Bill desk for SIP payment. The biller (relMF) notification was displayed in Bill desk for payment due as 13.02.11 and the amount was paid on 12.02.11. But this MF allotted SIP on 10.02.11 and rejected the same thereafter without any feed back. When i saw the statement of transaction at the site,I came to know about the rejection of units in spite of payment being made through bill desk and my bank account debited. Taking up the matter with their customer care do not evoke any proper response. The first mail was answered by informing that the units are rejected due to non receipt of payment. I had already attached the bank statement when I queried about the rejection. But they appear to be Illeterate to understand the query and makes a casual reply. Again the detail statements were sent to customer care to which there is no response. There was a call from someone who just passes time in chatting to discuss the query without ignorant of anything pertaining to mutual funds. When u call the customer care it is informed that someone called me and i did not pick up the telephone. They just fool around. Why anyone should ring me when a mail is sent to the customer care for response???? Never deal with this Fund for SIP. Finally i have sent a Fax to their Corporate office for a response on 02.03.11. and same is attached.
