    Default Kotak Mutual fund Cochin branch worst service

    Sub : Neglegence towards customer requirement.

    Sir,

    This is to make your attention regarding the problem which i faced while redeem my SIP No 1727382?79. I have given request of my redumption through my Bank Dhanalekshmi, Edapally Branch on 04.12.2010. As per my knowledge redeemed amount will credit in my ECS Bank, but when it was not credited, in enquired local office and knew that payment made s cheque and dispatched through courier. I am residing a remote village where there is no courier service, and they were not marked my contact number also in the address, so courier was returned. Instead of sending registered post i don't know why they used courier for the remote area delivery. I was again submitted my widrawal form on 11.12.10 when cochin branch instructed and ask them to inform me while chque became ready. But till now I have not received any confirmation about my cheque / payment.

    More important thing which i want to notice that, they were not taking any phones which enquired about my queries.

    Due to some personel emergency i have requested for redumption and that was not happened for my requirement. I am totaly dissatisfied the service which Cochin Branch did against me.

    I hope you might have take some action regarding this.
