i have taken sbi magnum tax gain in 2007 and would like to redemet the amount in this year. i have given electronic mail to the sbi mutual funds. but they rejected the request and asked me to submit hand written request. i have given a hand written request on 22nd NOVEMBER for redemption with my bank account no. branch address etc.,
On Dec 3rd, i called customer care no. asked for the crediting amount in my account. "we have sent check to ur address" they replied. but presently i am not there in my old address. i have made a complaint saying that "why sbi mf has not credited amount in my acccount" as i requested.

When i called today i.e 9th December, they asked me to submit handwritten request for redemption.
the service these people is providing is rediqulous.
can i expect my money even in the next attempt.
