My name is Tushar Madhukar Jambhekar and I have investment in 4037/ HDFC Infracture Fund- Growth in the name of Tushar Madhukar Jambhekar(mySelf).


I had given a redemption request to HDFC Mutual Fund on 16th April 2010 At HDFC Bank Chinchwad ,Pune,to representative Neha Jain. but till after 6 months not received any DD or any reply my bank.

Folio number for the investment is 4686455/09 .

Today is 22th December 2010.but still i have not received anything.
Another side i am contineously contacting HDFC Help line numbers .but from there also i am not getting any satisfactory answer.thay are telling stupid excuses to me .
Again i visited ti HDFC CHinchwad Branch again ..Bank people also refused to give me any information about my Investment in mutual fund.i don't know whatz happening with my mutual fund investment money.
Moreover, HDFC Mutual fund is not ready to give me interest for the delay, nor are they willing to give me money as per latest NAV.


I have talked to their customer care executives several times, but that is of no use, as I have still not received my mutual fund amount.

What kind of service HDFC mutual fund is providing to their customers..Its our money ..then why HDFC becomes tooo much careless towards it

I ,Dr. Ridhi Gupta, had a HDFC long term advantage mutual fund- dividend payout with Folio number 4537782/22. I got it redeemed around 1 month back. But, when I got my passbook updated later , I came to know that I have not received two dividends . I had received cheques for same but when I deposited cheques in bank, the amount was not deposited in my account. Details of cheques is..cheque number 273243 amount Rs.1542.72 and cheque number 559214 amount Rs. 1633.63. These dividends were declared in February, 2009 and February, 2010 respectively. So, please accept my request for revalidation.
I had earlier also sent you two applications by courier in your Connaught place, delhi office regarding the same but customer care executives say they have no information regarding this in their system. So, Kindly do the needful
