Bonds along with necessary enclosures surrendred on its maturity in the UTI Office at Kadapa (YSR. Ditrict - Andhra Pradesh) under Proper Acknowledgment for payment of maturity value. Afterwards on Telephoned to Hyderabad Office - Came to know that Payment for the said Bonds were already made VIDE CHEQUE NO 15447 DATED 2.4.2009 FOR RS.8161/- AGAINST THE SAID 79 ARS BONDS -- NO PAYMENT RECEIVED -- TWO LEGAL NOTICES CAUSED -- RECEIVED LETTER WITH REF. NO. UTITS/LEGAL/ARS BOND/2010-11, DATED 18.5.2010 REQUESTING TO WAIT FOR SOME TO FURNISH FULL DETAILS -- THOUGH SIX MONTHS LAPS NO RESPONSE -- IMMEDIATE SETTLEMENT OF CLAIM REQUESTED
